Services

What we can take off your plate.

A focused anatomic pathology practice, plus the ancillary services that let a practice keep pathology in-house without building a laboratory.

Anatomic Pathology

Routine histology and surgical pathology across dermatology, gastroenterology, urology, gynecology, podiatry, and breast, signed out by board-certified pathologists. Every critical value is called directly to the ordering provider by the pathologist who read the case.

Immunohistochemistry

A menu of over 75 special stains and immunohistochemistry kept in-house, applied where morphology alone does not settle the diagnosis. Color photomicrographs are included in the report, and any stain we don't stock can be obtained within 24 hours.

Slide Preparation

For physicians who read their own slides or have an in-house pathologist but no processing laboratory. Send us the specimen; prepared slides come back within 24 hours, with complimentary transcription and diagnostic report formats customized and preprinted to your specifications.

In-Office Pathology Programs

We assess your practice's volume and workflow, then help build an in-office pathology model that improves patient care and captures ancillary revenue — from feasibility assessment and licensing filings through equipment setup, staffing, billing, and ongoing compliance.

Getting Started

From first call to first case,
usually about a week.

Most of the setup is ours to do. Here is the sequence, and what we need from your office to keep it on schedule.

1

Walk the workflow

Your laboratory consultant sits down with your staff to see how orders are written today and where results need to land.

2

Build the requisition

We draft your requisition, panels, and report format, then send them back for sign-off before anything goes live.

3

Stock and schedule

Containers, fixative, and requisitions arrive at your office. Courier pickup is set to your hours, not ours.

4

Run the first cases

Your consultant stays on the first week of cases end to end and confirms results are landing where they should.
